Tirvu Tecnologia ("Tirvu", "we") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect information processed through this website, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).

This Policy applies to Tirvu's institutional website. Data processing inside the Tirvu+ platform (app and management panel) is governed by the specific service agreements and terms of use.

2. Data we collect

  • Data you send us through the contact form: name, email, WhatsApp number, company, number of employees and the message you write.
  • Browsing preferences: the website stores only your theme (light or dark) and language choice in your own browser (local storage). This information is not sent to us.
  • Technical access data: like any website, hosting servers may automatically log information such as IP address, date and time of access and browser type, for security and operation.
  • Website usage data: we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the website is used (pages visited, clicks, scrolling, visit duration, device and browser type and approximate region) and to improve it. It uses its own cookies and may record browsing as heatmaps and session recordings. What you type in the forms is masked and not recorded.

This website does not use advertising cookies.

3. How we use your data

  • To answer your request and present the Tirvu platform;
  • To prepare commercial proposals at your request;
  • To keep the website secure and working properly;
  • To understand how the website is used and improve your experience (Microsoft Clarity);
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We process your data based on your consent (LGPD art. 7, I), on pre-contractual procedures at your request (art. 7, V), on compliance with legal obligations (art. 7, II) and on Tirvu's legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and understanding how it is used (art. 7, IX).

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with providers that help us run the website and our service channels (such as hosting and communication tools), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law or a competent authority.

If you choose to talk to us on WhatsApp, the conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, a service operated by a third party.

Usage data collected by Microsoft Clarity is processed by Microsoft under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.

6. Storage and security

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

7. Retention

We keep data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of this Policy, observing applicable legal deadlines. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.

8. Your rights

Under LGPD art. 18 you may, at any time: confirm whether we process your data; access your data; correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data; request portability; obtain information about sharing; and withdraw your consent.
